The Manistique River is a 67-mile-long river in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The river very nearly cuts the UP in half as it winds it's way from Northeast to Southwest. The river rises in Manistique Lake and rushes through the Seney National Wildlife Refuge before it empties into Lake Michigan at Manistique, Michigan.

The river is primarily sandy with great fishing for Brookies, Pike, Small Mouth Bass, Perch.
