Well it's been awhile but now that hockey season is over it's time to start focusing on jstroke.com again!

One of the primary reasons I built the website is to give our community members a great place to invite other paddling fellows out to their favorite watering holes (and I don't mean ye local pub). I am hoping that as membership on the site grows, members will take a minute to create Waterway (or River) pages that allow other members to see where we are all having fun and where the river or lake is that you're paddling.

Some quick directions:

• On the left hand side in the Rivers and Outfitters section click the All Rivers item.
• In the drop down section, click on Add River
• • Give your waterway a title
  • Enter a State name
  • (the fun part) Use the map to zoom in and place (click) a marker on the river or lake you're adding
  • Enter a description (optional but encouraged)
  • And select any outfitters that may already be on Jstroke for the waterway you are adding.

It's that easy and by doing it we are giving our community just a little more light and a little more sense that we're all here to have fun and enjoy our world together.
